While at Splash, one of my key responsibilities included designing custom event pages for our Enterprise Clients. Sundance came to us to design a series of 5 themes for the 2015 Sundance Festival. All the themes needed to be generic enough to customize to the hundreds of events Sundance hosts over the course of the festival, while still retaining their branding as well as specific event details such as date, time, speakers, and schedule. A key action the user was expected to take was RSVPing to the event, so that is the main call to action on all the pages. Additionally, each theme was designed to be unique visually so as to fit a wide array of events, while still feeling as though they belonged together as a group.
